The food here is all plant-based, but it doesn’t sit in one place.

My roots are Caribbean, but I’ve always cooked a mix of things, so that naturally shows up here too.

Some days it leans one way, other days another — there’s no fixed menu, it just changes depending on what I’m making.

It’s not really about categories, just cooking food I like and sharing it.

It’s probably closest to being invited over for dinner, just in a restaurant instead.

There are only a couple of tables, usually pushed together, so it ends up feeling more like shared, home-style eating than anything formal.
